Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove Nodreel's access to your Facebook and Instagram data and ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time.
Option 1: Remove Nodreel from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (on some accounts: Business integrations).
- Find Nodreel and select Remove.
- Tick the option to delete posts, photos and videos Nodreel may have published, if you want them removed too.
Option 2: Remove Nodreel from Instagram
- In Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
- Find Nodreel and select Remove.
Option 3: Ask us to delete your data
Email hello@nodreel.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address or account you used with Nodreel.
What happens next: we confirm your request within 3 working days and delete your connected-account data, access tokens and personal data within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. When we receive a deletion request through Facebook, we send you a confirmation code and a link to check its status.
