Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use nodreel.com, the Nodreel dashboard or our marketing services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you sign a separate service agreement with us, that agreement applies where it differs.

1. Our services

Nodreel provides marketing services, including social media management, content creation, video, advertising management, SEO, email and branding, and a dashboard where you review and approve work.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for actions taken in your account, including approvals by your team members.

3. Approvals and publishing

We publish content only after it is approved in the dashboard by you or someone you authorise. You are responsible for checking that approved content is accurate and that you have the right to publish it.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect Facebook, Instagram or other platforms, you authorise us to act on those accounts within the permissions you grant, for the purpose of providing our services. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you provide. You give us permission to use, edit and publish it to provide our services. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. Once paid for, content we create for you belongs to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Fees and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our website or in your proposal, before taxes. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platforms. You may cancel with 30 days' notice. Fees already paid are not refundable unless required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or harmful, or in breach of the rules of the platforms we publish to. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

8. Results

We work hard to grow your audience and results, but we cannot guarantee specific numbers, since platforms and audiences change.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by social media platforms. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

Either of us may end the service with 30 days' written notice, or straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms. When the service ends, we disconnect your accounts and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.
